Sara Bluhm is Executive Director of the New Jersey Organization for a Better State (New Jobs) PAC. Representing the voice of business at the political table, New Jobs is the oldest and largest business political action committee in New Jersey.
Additionally, Bluhm serves as Vice President Government Affairs-Energy & Environment for the New Jersey Business & Industry Association. Sara is an active force in the development of policy on the state level for over 15 years.
Bluhm serves as Vice Chair of the NJ Clean Air Council and serves on the Steering Committee for the Site Remediation Program within the Department of Environmental Protection. Currently, Sara serves as Trustee for NJ SEED, which aims to promote environmental and economic policy on behalf of Labor and Business. Bluhm was named to NJBIZ’s prestigious 2015 “Forty Under 40” list.
Bluhm graduated from Douglass College of Rutgers University and also holds a Masters of Public Affairs and Politics degree from the Bloustein School of Rutgers University. She completed a Certificate in Executive Management for Nonprofits at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania Wharton Working Professionals Program. Currently she is a fellow of the LeadNJ 2016 class.
